Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, mobile app, or any services provided by ns40zl, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, located in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling activities, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ns40zl platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Ns40zl reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ns40zl. Registration of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. ns40zl reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. ns40zl will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the ns40zl platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to: use of automated software or bots to play or place bets, attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system, cheating or manipulation in games, use of illegally obtained funds, and colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Use of the platform is strictly for personal entertainment purposes. Any resale of services or commercial use without prior written consent from ns40zl is prohibited. Users are also not permitted to share their account credentials with any other party.
Ns40zl reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as reporting such activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ns40zl platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and GrabPay. The list of available payment methods is subject to change, and users are advised to check the deposit section of their account for the latest information.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account once confirmation is received from the payment provider, which typically takes 15 minutes or less.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. ns40zl reserves the right to request proof of the original deposit before processing any withdrawal, for security and fraud prevention purposes. Any taxes or charges associated with winnings are solely the user's responsibility in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.

Ns40zl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, service interruptions, data loss, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and ns40zl makes no warranty that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ns40zl platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of ns40zl or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Ns40zl reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach.
